摘 要:目的:探讨基于护理程序逻辑行动方案对子宫肌瘤患者认知与行为转变的影响。方法:选择2017年6月1日~2018年5月31日收治的60例子宫肌瘤患者作为对照组,实施常规性照护干预;选择2018年6月1日~2019年5月31日收治的58例子宫肌瘤患者作为研究组,实施基于护理程序逻辑行动方案。通过自制的子宫肌瘤患者认知、信念、行为相关问卷对患者在干预前及干预后2周后展开评价,该问卷涵盖了如下3个子问卷,分别为子宫肌瘤理论知识、遵医行为态度及主观准则、日常行为践行情况。结果:干预2周后,研究组对子宫肌瘤理论知识评分高于对照组(P<0.05),遵医行为态度及主观准则评分高于对照组(P<0.05),日常行为践行情况优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:将基于护理程序逻辑行动方案引入子宫肌瘤患者中,能提高个体的认知行为,且能促进个体健康行为转变,值得临床推广。Objective:To explore the effect of logical action program based on nursing procedure on cognitive and behavioral changes in patients with hysteromyoma.Methods:A total of 60 patients with hysteromyoma treated during June 1,2017 to May 31,2018 were as the control group and given routine nursing intervention.A total of 58 patients with hysteromyoma treated during June 1,2018 to May 31,2019,were as the research group,the logical action program based on nursing procedure was given.The cognition,belief and behavior related questionnaires of patients with hysteromyoma were used to evaluate the patients before and after the intervention at the 2nd weekend.The questionnaires covered the following three sub-questionnaires:theoretical knowledge of hysteromyoma,attitude and subjective criteria of medical compliance,and daily behavior practice.Results:2 weeks after intervention,the theoretical knowledge scores of hysteromyoma in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of compliance attitude and subjective criteria in the study group were higher in the stusy group than those in the control group(P<0.05).The daily behavior practice in the study group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The introduction of logical action program based on nursing procedure in patients with hysteromyoma can improve their cognitive behavior and promote the change of their healthy behavior,which is worthy of further promotion in clinical practice.
