理解中国共产党文化观的三重维度--基于对百年历程中三次文化论争的考察

摘　　要：在领导中国人民和中华民族“站起来、富起来、强起来”的伟大历史进程中,中国共产党都非常重视文化问题,并且形成了内涵丰富、体系完善的文化观。论争有益于思维创新,更是推动人类思想文化进步的动力之一。社会意识形态领域的文化论争,往往发生在社会政治、经济的重大转折期,关乎民族、国家的前途与命运。文化论争的背后实际上是政治路线之争。通过对百年历程中三次文化论争的考察,可以试着从三个维度理解中国共产党人的文化观:历史唯物主义的哲学文化维度;批判错误社会思潮的斗争文化维度;以民族、国家以及世界各国人民利益为重的共同体文化维度。选取“站起来、富起来、强起来”大逻辑中的三次文化论争,以新的理论框架和新的视角进一步深化对于中国共产党文化观的探究,在试图破解中国共产党为什么“能”的同时还能够为开启新百年提供思想动力。In the great historical process of leading the Chinese people and the Chinese nation to"stand up,get rich,and become strong,"the Chinese Communist Party has always attached great importance to cultural issues and has formed a cultural outlook with rich connotations and complete systems.Controversy is beneficial to thinking innovation and it is one of the driving forces to promote the progress of human thought and culture.Behind the cultural controversy is actually a dispute over political lines.Through the investigation of the three cultural controversies in the course of a century,we can try to understand the cultural outlook of the Chinese Communists from three dimensions:the cultural dimension of philosophy of historical materialism,the cultural dimension of struggle of criticizing wrong social thoughts,and the cultural dimension of community focusing on the interests of nation,country and people all over the world.This article selects the three cultural debates in the logic of"stand up,get rich and become strong",and further deepens the exploration of the CPC’s cultural view with a new theoretical framework and new perspective.On the one hand,it can crack the code of why the CPC"can",on the other hand,it can provide ideological power for opening the new century.
