北运河水生态环境保护和修复的实践历程

摘　　要：北运河是北京市重要排水通道和连接京津冀的重要生态走廊,随着人们对优美水生态环境需求的不断提升,北运河管理处将创造良好水生态环境列入河道管理重要工作内容之一,开展了全方位的建设工作,北运河水生态环境得到了明显改善。通过总结凝练北运河水生态环境保护和修复在工程措施、生态理念、制度建设及引导公众参与等方面的成效与经验,分析北运河水生态环境存在的问题,并针对日常管理、技术支撑及工作机制等方面的问题,提出了水生态环境保护和修复的建议,为继续做好水生态环境保护和修复工作提供参考。The North Canal is an important drainage channel and an ecological corridor connecting Bei⁃jing,Tianjin,and Hebei.With the continuous demands and expectations of people for a better aquatic eco⁃logical environment,the North Canal Administrative Bureau has made it one of the important work con⁃tents of river management to create a good water ecological environment and a full range of protection and restoration work has been carried out.The aquatic ecological environment has been remarkably improved.Suggestions on the protection and restoration of aquatic ecological environment are put forward by summa⁃rizing the experience of the aquatic ecological environment protection and restoration of North Canal in en⁃gineering measures,ecological concepts,protection and restoration of the system,and guiding the partici⁃pation of the public,and analyzing the existing problems,including daily management,technical support,working mechanism,which provide a reference for the protection and restoration of the aquatic ecological environment.
