摘 要:具有高饱和磁密及分布式气隙特征的磁粉芯广泛用作电力电子变换器中的滤波电感,而磁粉芯的软饱和特性决定了其电感值的非线性。Matlab/Simulink软件作为电力电子变换器的重要仿真工具,仅提供了线性电感模型,而使用该模型无法准确仿真采用磁粉芯电感的变换器的特征。因此基于Matlab/Simulink环境提出一种磁粉芯电感电路仿真模型的建立方法。首先推导了软饱和电感的数学模型,据此搭建了磁粉芯电感的电路模型,最后将该模型分别应用到Buck变换器和三相三电平整流器仿真模型中,并在相应的实验样机中进行实验。仿真和实验结果表明了所提仿真模型的准确性。The powder core has been widely used in filter inductors for power electronic converters due to the advantages of high saturated magnetic density and distributed air-gap,and the soft saturation of powder core leads to the variation of inductance.Only the constant inductor model is provided in Matlab/Simulink as an important simulation tool in power electronic converters,but the characters of converter with powder core inductor cannot be simulated accurately using it,so the way to build a powder core inductor circuit model is established in Matlab/Simulink.It is built based on the mathematical model of soft saturation inductor which is firstly established.The proposed model is used in the simulation model of Buck converter and three-phase three-level rectifier at last.In addition,the experiments are implemented in the related prototype.The simulation and experimental results show the accuracy of proposed simulation model.
