摘 要:为提高永磁同步电机(PMSM)高速运行时转子速度和转子位置辨识精度,减小重投时电流冲击,此处提出了一种改进短路电流法。该方法在电机惰性运行工况下,逆变器下桥臂注入3次零电压矢量,合理设置注入脉冲间隔,采样电机三相定子电流。根据两次短路电流矢量相角变化,推测第3次短路电流矢量相角的所有可能,将测量所得到的第3次短路电流矢量相角与推测结果对比,获得电流矢量在第2,3次零电压矢量间隔期间的真实旋转角度和旋转方向,计算得到电机转速和转子位置。最后,在4.8 kW PMSM实验平台进行实验,实验结果验证了该方法的有效性。In order to improve the rotor speed and the identification accuracy of rotor position during high-speed operation of permanent magnet synchronous machine(PMSM),and reduce the inrush current during the restart,an improved short-circuit current method is proposed.This method injects three zero voltage pulses into the lower bridge arm of the inverter at coasting condition of the motor,reasonably sets the injection pulse interval,and samples the three-phase stator current of the motor.According to the change of the two short-circuit current vectors phase angle to infer all the possibilities of the third short-circuit current vector phase angle,by comparing with the measured phase angle of the third short-circuit current vector,the real rotation angle and rotation direction of the current vector during the second and third zero-voltage pulse intervals are obtained,and the motor speed and rotor position are calculated.Finally,experiments are carried out on a 4.8 kW PMSM experimental platform,and the experimental results verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.
