摘　　要：为解决RWG轴承安装与固定问题,结合公司轴承固定与安装丰富经验与理论研究,提出了RWG轴承固定方法,给出了传统固定模收压工装结构,优化了RWG轴承固定模收压工装。对未纳入规范的RWG轴承,给出了经验确定轴承压装压力值的计算方法,提供了一套寻找合理收压参数的工艺试验方案。试验确定的RWG轴承压装压力值满足规范要求。文中开展的RWG轴承工艺研究工作,可解决轴承因缺少工艺参数无法安装与固定的问题,对轴承安装与固定的规范化操作也有着极其重要的意义。In order to solve the problem of mounting and fixing RWG bearings,combined with the company's rich experience and theoretical research on fixing and installing RWG bearings,a fixing method of RWG bearings is put forward.The structure of traditional fixed die press-down fixture is given,and the press-down fixture of RWG bearing fixed die is optimized.For RWG bearings which are not included in the specification,the calculation method for determining the pressure value of bearing by experience is given,and a set of technological test scheme for finding reasonable pressure reduction parameters is provided.The pressure value of RWG bearing determined by the test satisfies the requirements of the specification.The RWG bearing technology research carried out in this paper can solve the problem that the bearing cannot be installed and fixed due to the lack of technological parameters,and it is also of great significance to the standardized operation of bearing installation and fixing.
