摘  要:复合驱动钻机并车箱在作业时存在无动力输入的传动轴随同有动力输入的传动轴转动的情况,导致与传动轴相连的液力耦合器的转动次数增加,从而减少了液力耦合器的寿命。针对此问题,文中以ZJ40LDB链并车传动型钻机为例,从现有ZJ40LDB型复合驱动钻机并车箱轴总车的连接形式为切入点,通过在现有并车箱轴总成上增设刹车机构和设计气动互锁控制,研制了一种惯性刹车装置,经现场应用,效果良好。During the operation,the transmission shaft without power input rotates along with the transmission shaft with power input,which leads to the increase of rotation times of the hydraulic coupler connected with the transmission shaft,thus reducing the device life of the hydraulic coupler.in order to solve this problem,this paper takes the ZJ40LDB chain parallel driving drilling rig as an example,studies the connection form of the parallel box shaft assembly of the existing ZJ40LDB compound driving drilling rig.By adding brake mechanism and designing pneumatic control on the existing parallel box shaft assembly,an inertia brake device is developed,which has been applied in the field and achieved good results.
