摘  要:某核电1号机组汽轮机在机组调试期间多次出现盘车无法自动啮合的问题,分析排查后发现,原因为运行条件变化后盘车啮合齿轮行程不合理、汽轮机转子零转速配置不合理、盘车电动机点动时间和啮合时间设置不合理。对盘车操纵杆行程重新调整,对汽轮机转子零转速组态进行优化,对盘车电动机点动时间和啮合时间重新调整后,成功地解决了盘车无法自动啮合的问题。During the commissioning of a nuclear power unit No.1 steam turbine,the turning gear cannot be automatically engaged.This problem is analyzed and checked.It is found that the cause of the problem is the unreasonable engaged gear stroke of the turning gear and the steam turbine after the operating conditions changed,the rotor zero speed configuration is unreasonable,and the turning gear motor jog time and engagement time are unreasonably set.The stroke of the turning gear joystick is re-adjusted,the zero-speed configuration of the steam turbine rotor is optimized,and the jog time and engagement time of the turning gear motor are re-adjusted,successfully solving the problem that the turning gear can not automatically engage.
