复方荆芥熏洗剂对肛裂术后创面生长因子及炎症反应的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨复方荆芥熏洗剂对肛裂术后患者创面生长因子及炎症反应的影响。方法根据随机数字表法将90例肛裂术后患者分为观察组和对照组,每组45例。术后,对照组使用康复新液,观察组使用复方荆芥熏洗剂,2组均持续干预7 d。采用视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评价2组开始干预前、干预结束时疼痛感;比较2组干预前、干预结束时创面生长因子[血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、血管内皮生长因子受体-2(VEGFR-2)]及炎症指标[白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)]。结果干预结束时,观察组VAS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组创面VEGF、VEGFR-2的光密度(OD)值高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组IL-6、IFN-γ、TNF-α水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论复方荆芥熏洗剂能有效缓解患者肛裂术后疼痛,减轻炎症反应,上调创面生长因子表达,有利于术后创面愈合。Objective To explore the effect of Compound Jingjie Fumigation Lotion on wound growth factor and inflammatory response in patients after anal fissure surgery. Methods Ninety patients with anal fissure were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,with 45 cases in each group. After surgery,the control group was used Kangfuxin solution,and the observation group was used Compound Jingjie Fumigation Lotion,both groups were continued to intervene for 7 days. Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) was used to evaluate the pain perception of the two groups before intervention and at the end of intervention;the wound growth factors[vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF),vascular endothelial growth factor receptor 2 (VEGFR-2) ]and inflammatory indicators[interleukin 6 (IL-6),interferon γ (IFN-γ),tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) ]were compared between the two groups before intervention and at the end of intervention.Results At the end of intervention,the VAS score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P < 0. 05);the optical density (OD) values of VEGF and VEGFR-2 in the wounds of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group (P <0. 05);the levels of serum IL-6,IFN-γ and TNF-α of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group (P < 0. 05). Conclusion Compound Jingjie Fumigation Lotion can effectively relieve postoperative pain of patients with anal fissure,reduce inflammatory reaction,and up-regulate the expression of wound growth factor,which is beneficial to postoperative wound healing.
