针对性干预联合思维导图对心肌梗死并发心力衰竭患者心功能的影响

摘　　要：目的探究针对性护理与思维导图联合模式对心肌梗死并发心力衰竭患者心功能的影响,为提高心肌梗死并发心力衰竭患者心功能及生活质量提供新思路。方法回顾2019年5~11月收治的150例心肌梗死并发心力衰竭患者的临床资料,按照护理干预方法分为对照组及试验组,每组75例。对照组给予常规护理干预,试验组给予针对性护理联合思维导图护理,比较2组患者心功能、不良情绪及生活质量变化。结果试验组的NYHA心功能分级Ⅰ级和Ⅱ级患者明显多于对照组,Ⅲ级和Ⅳ级患者明显少于对照组,NYHA心功能分级情况显著优于对照组(χ2=5.172,P=0.023<0.05)。干预后试验组LVESV、LVEDV较对照组低,LVEF较对照组高(t=10.654、10.765、9.765,P=0.000<0.05)。干活6个月后,2组患者SAS评分、SDS评分均较干预前降低,且干活6个月后试验组SAS评分、SDS评分均较对照组低(t=10.997、7.824,P=0.000<0.05),SF-36评分较对照组高(t=9.643,P=0.000<0.05)。结论心脏负荷得到有效调控,心肌耗氧量明显下降,从而促使患者的心功能得到显著改善。针对性护理联合思维导图能够提高心功能,缓解不良情绪,提高生活质量,值得推广。Objective To investigate the effects of combined mode of targeted nursing and mind mapping on the cardiac function of patients with myocardial infarction complicated by heart failure,so as to provide new ideas for improving cardiac function and life quality of patients.Methods The clinical data of 150 patients with myocardial infarction complicated by heart failure who were treated in our hospital from May 2019 to November 2019 were retrospectively analyzed,who were divided into control group and experimental group according to the nursing intervention methods,with 75 cases in each group.The patients in control group were treated by routine nursing intervention,however,the patients in experimental group were treated by targeted nursing combined with mind mapping nursing.The changes of cardiac function,bad mood and life quality of patients were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The patients with NYHA gradeⅠandⅡin experimental group were significantly more than those in control group,however,those with gradeⅢandⅣwere significantly less than those in control group,moreover,the NYHA grade of heart function was significantly better than that in control group(P<0.05).After intervention,LVESV and LVEDV in experimental group were significantly lower than those in control group,but LVEF levels were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).After 6-month intervention,the SAS scores and SDS scores in both groups were significantly decreased,moreover,which in experimental group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05),however,the SF-36 scores were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined mode of targeted nursing and mind mapping for the patients with myocardial infarction complicated by heart failure can improve heart movement endurance and the bones and blood flow,and effectively control of the heart load to decrease myocardial oxygen consumption,so as to improve cardiac function,alleviate bad emotions and improve the life
