摘 要:随着风电渗透率的不断增加,电网的安全稳定运行不可忽视风电爬坡对其产生的影响。然而,传统的爬坡事件识别方法大多只考虑了源侧的风电场输出功率信息,综合考虑电网侧和负荷侧信息的研究相对较少。本文给出了一种结合源-网-荷信息的风电爬坡综合识别方法:首先,利用源侧风电场输出功率曲线与对应的电网负荷侧曲线获取了相对风电功率曲线,在相对风电功率曲线上定义风电爬坡事件,并根据电网频率给出了爬坡阈值的设定策略。然后,通过对所收集的实际风电场输出功率数据和电网负荷数据进行综合分析,验证了本方法的合理性和有效性。最后,通过对相对风电功率的定义进行合理延伸,首次提出了一种结合广义源-网-荷信息的风电爬坡事件综合识别方法。With the increasing penetration of wind power,its ramp will have a negligible impact on the security and stability of the power grid.However,in thetraditional identification methods of wind power ramp events,most of them only consider the source-side wind farm output power information,and relatively few studies comprehensively consider the grid-side and load-side information.So a comprehensive wind power ramp assessment method combining source-grid-load information is given in this paper.Firstly,the source-side wind farm output power curve and the corresponding load-side curve were used to obtain the relative wind power curve,by which the wind power ramp event were defined.And according to the grid frequency,the setting strategy of ramp threshold to identify the ramp event is given.Then,the rationality and effectiveness of this proposed method are verified by the comprehensive analysis of the actual wind farm output power data and the grid load data collected.Finally,a comprehensive identification method of wind power ramp events combining generalized source-grid-load information is first suggested by reasonably extending the definition of relative wind power.
