摘  要:详细介绍了可用于无源网络的模块化多电平柔性直流输电系统的启动过程以及相应的控制策略,本文将该过程分为两个阶段:第一阶段IGBT处于闭锁阶段、第二部分IGBT可控阶段。为解决MMC启动过程产生的问题:(1)逆变侧IGBT解锁时,逆变侧阀侧瞬时产生较大的电流冲击;(2)在抬升直流电压到额定值时会出现过大的电压波动,并且达到稳定值所需时间较长。针对问题1本文改进了换流站解锁顺序的方法,将抬升直流电压到额定值的过程分为两个阶段进行分步抬升,大幅度的降低了冲击电流。针对问题(2)本文改进整流侧定直流电压控制的方法,提高了系统启动速度,降低了电压波动。上述的方法均在MATLAB仿真中得了可行的验证。This paper describes in detail the start-up process and the corresponding control strategy of a modular multilevel flexible DC transmission system that can be used in passive networks.In this paper,the process is divided into two stages:IGBT is locked in the first stage,and IGBT is controlled in the second stage.For problems with the MMC start up process:(1)when IGBT on the contravariant side is unlocked,a large current impact is generated on the valve of the contravariant side;(2)Excessive voltage fluctuations may occur when the DC voltage is raised to the rated value and the time required to reach the stable value is long.In order to solve problem(1),the unlocking sequence strategy of converter station was improved in this paper.The process of lifting DC voltage to rated value was divided into two stages for lifting step by step,which greatly reduced the impulse current.In order to solve problem(2),the rectifying side DC voltage control is improved in this paper,which increases the starting speed of the system and reduces the voltage fluctuation.The above methods are verified in MATLAB simulation.
