摘  要:汽轮机主汽门阀杆损伤故障会严重影响机组的安全运行,传统主汽门阀杆损伤多是长期疲劳载荷下的设计制造缺陷问题。然而,过大的冲击载荷也会造成阀杆的损伤。本文通过试验方法逐步定位某机组负荷调节异常问题的故障源,并结合应力分析方法得到了主汽门阀杆损伤的原因:主汽门限位机构失效使得阀杆在全开位承受较大的冲击荷载,极大的减少了阀杆的使用寿命。最后,本文给出了相应的处理方案,可以有效避免此类故障的再次发生。Damage to the stem of the main valve will seriously affect the safe operation of the steam turbine.The traditional fault of the main valve stem is mostly caused by design or manufacturing defect under long-term fatigue load.However,excessive impact load can also cause valve fault.In this paper,the fault source of an abnormal load regulation problem of a unit is located step by step through the test method.With the stress analysis method,the reason for this fault has been obtained:the failure of the valve limit mechanism made stem bear greater impact load in the position when it fully opened.The service life of the stem is greatly reduced.Finally,this paper gives the corresponding solutions,which can effectively avoid the recurrence of such failure.
