摘  要:炎症性肠病是病因未明的慢性非特异性肠道炎症性病症,包括溃疡性结肠炎和克罗恩病,患者多伴有营养不良。本研究总结了该病营养不良的流行病学特点、营养不良机制、患者营养认知现况及需求,炎症性肠病的营养状况监测方法,旨在提高营养护理水平、炎症性肠病护理质量和患者生活质量。Inflammatory bowel disease is a chronic non-specific inflammatory bowel disease with unknown etiology,including ulcerative colitis and Crohn′s disease,and the patients are often accompanied by malnutrition.This study summarized the epidemiological characteristics,malnutrition mechanism,nutritional cognitive status and needs of patients,and the nutritional status monitoring methods of inflammatory bowel disease,aiming to improve the nutritional nursing level,the quality of nursing and the quality of life in patients with inflammatory bowel disease.
