地震现场物资管理研究——以河北省地震局地震现场物资库信息化建设为例

摘　　要：根据目前的地震应急预案中地震现场工作队的要求,对各省现有地震现场物资管理状态模式统计分析。以河北省地震局地震现场物资库的电子信息化建设研究为例,分析了地震现场工作队物资的信息数据库建设特点,将电子信息化管理带入地震现场物资库的出入库管理中,完善管理制度和规范操作流程,提升地震应急救援工作的服务质量和工作效率,为地震现场物资的管理提供了参考。According to the process standardization of earthquake field work in the earthquake emergency plan,this paper makes a statistical analysis on the current material management mode of the earthquake site in each province.Taking the electronic information construction of the earthquake site material library of Hebei Earthquake Administration as an example,the characteristics of the information data base construction of the earthquake site task force material are analyzed.The electronic information management is brought into the management of the earthquake site material library,the management system and the standard operation process are improved.The service quality and efficiency of the earthquake emergency rescue work is improved,the reference to the management of the earthquake site material is also provided.
