摘  要:以六水合硝酸钴(Co(NO_(3))_(2)·6H_(2)O)和2-甲基咪唑(C4H6N2)为原料,通过水热法合成了ZIF-67,进一步煅烧后制备磷掺杂的CoP@C,并对其形貌及物相进行表征。CoP@C与离子液体(IL)混合修饰碳糊电极(CPE)制备CoP@C/IL-CPE,并以戊二醛(GA)为交联剂,牛血清白蛋白(BSA)为封闭剂,构建BSA/免疫球蛋白抗体(anti-IgG)/GA/CoP@C/IL-CPE传感器。通过循环伏安法和电化学阻抗谱研究其电化学行为,并用差分脉冲伏安法对人免疫球蛋白进行定量检测。在最佳条件下,该传感器对免疫球蛋白检测的线性范围为0.01~1000 ng/mL,检出限为4 pg/mL。ZIF-67 was prepared by hydrothermal method using cobalt nitrate hexahydrate(Co(NO_(3))_(2)·6H_(2)O)and 2-methylimidazole(C4 H6 N2)as raw materials.After further calcination,phosphorus-doped CoP@C was synthesized.The morphology and phase of the materials were characterized.Moreover,CoP@C/IL-CPE was constructed by mixing CoP@C with ionic liquid(IL)to modify the carbon paste electrode(CPE).Then,by using glutaraldehyde(GA)as a cross-linking agent and bovine serum albumin(BSA)as a blocking agent,a BSA/anti-IgG/GA/CoP@C/IL-CPE sensor was obtained.Cyclic voltammetry and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy were used to study their electrochemical behavior,and differential pulse voltammetry was used to quantitatively detect human IgG.Under optimal conditions,the fabricated biosensor exhibited an outstanding electrochemical performance in the selective and sensitive measurement of IgG in the linear range of 0.01-1000 ng/m L with an extremely low detection limit of 4 pg/m L.
