摘  要:润滑油或黄斑样品经正己烷分散或萃取后,滴于筛网模块,待溶剂挥干后用于DART离子源直接分析。本文对DART离子源的温度以及样品传输速度进行了条件优化,以卷包设备常见的7种油品作为研究对象,在正离子和负离子2种模式下进行检测。通过主成分分析(PCA)和偏最小二乘法判别分析(PLS-DA)等多元统计分析方法进行聚类,并筛选出不同油品特征离子。烟支污染物经仪器分析后,可基于高分辨质谱采集的特征离子精确质量数进行污染来源的鉴别。Oil and staining samples extracted by hexane were introduced on the screen mesh module for DART analysis.The temperature of ion source and sample injection rate were optimized.Seven types of oil used were investigated by DART-Q-Orbitrap method,and the detection was carried out in two modes of positive ion and negative ion.Principal component analysis(PCA)and partial least squares discriminant analysis(PLS-DA)were performed to reveal the differences of seven types of oil and the characteristic ions of each type of oil.After analyzing oil staining in cigarette under the same conditions,the source of oil staining was identified based on the accurate mass of characteristic ions collected by high resolution mass spectrometry.
