摘　　要：防渗漏是房屋建筑地下室施工质量控制中的重中之重,其施工质量受到建设单位及使用单位的广泛关注,对地下室渗漏质量问题进行有效防治具有重要意义。文中结合工作实践经验,分析了实际施工中常见地下室渗漏产生的原因,并针对性提出了防治措施。Anti leakage is the top priority in the basement construction quality control of housing construction, and its construction quality is widely concerned by the participating units and users. It is of great significance to effectively prevent and control the basement leakage quality problems. Based on practical experience, this paper analyzes the causes of common basement leakage in actual construction, and puts forward corresponding prevention measures.
