摘　　要：文中通过分析"菲迪克"条款的特点,对比我国现行建筑工程施工合同范本,提出了业主对亚行贷款项目的革新措施。Based on the analysis of the characteristics of the "Fidic" clause and the comparison of the current construction contract model in China, this paper puts forward the innovative measures for the ADB loan project.
