摘 要:结合1420 mm单机架六辊可逆轧机轧制厚度0.2 mm规格普碳钢时高速、大压下量的工况以及轧制液使用过程中工艺指标的变化进行了配方的设计,通过考察基础油和功能型添加剂的性能进行了配方的调配,获得了一款高性能的普碳钢冷轧轧制液,最后研究了pH值、电导率、浓度等使用工艺指标对轧制液性能的影响。The formula design was realised based on the high speed and high reduction working conditions during the rolling of 0.2 mm thickness plain carbon steel by 1420 mm single stand-six roller reversible rolling mill,as well as the change of process indexes during the use of rolling fluid.The formula was carried out through the investigation of performances of base oils and functional additives,and then a high-performance plain carbon steel cold rolling fluid was obtained.Also,the influence of pH value,conductivity,concentration and other process indexes on the performances of rolling fluid was studied.
