摘　　要：为满足新型气垫登陆艇燃气轮机减速器的润滑需求,实现其用油国产化,对舰用燃气轮机减速器齿轮油进行了研制。根据舰用燃气轮机减速器处于海洋环境的工况特点,拟制了舰用燃气轮机减速器齿轮油的技术指标。通过对基础油和功能添加剂的筛选,舰用燃气轮机减速器油由PAO6、VHVI4和酯类油,RHY J4003复合剂,抗泡剂(2号复合抗泡剂、T901)和LZ5957破乳剂组成。产品性能达到了研制目标,与进口МН-7.5У和BP-274航空润滑油相当。实际应用表明,舰用燃气轮机减速器齿轮油能够满足新型气垫登陆艇燃气轮机减速器润滑要求。In order to meet the lubrication requirements of marine gas turbine reducer of the new type hovercraft and realize the localization of its lubricating oil,the gear oil for marine gas turbine reducer was developed.According to the working condition characteristics of the marine gas turbine reducer in marine environment,the technical indexes of the gear oil of marine gas turbine reducer were worked out.Through the selection of base oils and additives,the gear oil of marine gas turbine reducer was composed of PAO6,VHVI4 and ester oils,RHY J4003 complex additives,anti-foaming agent(No.2 complex anti-foaming agent and T901)and LZ5957 demulsifier.The performances of the product have reached the development goal,and are equivalent to the performances of importedМН-7.5Уand BP-274 aviation lubricating oils.The practical application showed that the gear oil of marine gas turbine reducer can meet the lubricating requirements of marine gas turbine reducer of the new type hovercraft.
