摘  要:随着现行节能和排放法规的加严,各大汽车公司对节能日益重视。在众多节能技术路线中,机油节能因较低的成本越来越受到汽车厂商的重视。GF-6汽油机油规格对节能提出较高要求,使用一种台架来评定用于多种发动机的润滑油的节能性能并不具备广泛的代表性,因此针对特定发动机建立起一套能准确评价汽油机油节能的评定方法就比较关键。文章应用某型号4缸汽油发动机建立一种汽油机油节能测试方法并开展试验,试验结果表明:测试方法具有很好的重复性并能够有效地区分不同等级节能效果。As the current energy conservation and emission regulations becoming severer,major automotive companies are paying more and more attention to energy conservation.In many energy-saving technology routes,automobile manufacturers attach more and more importance to energy-saving engine oils because of their lower cost.The GF-6 gasoline engine oil standard puts forward higher requirements for energy conservation,and the usage of a certain engine bench type to assess lubricating oil fuel economy effect on differrent engines is not widely representative.Therefore,for a specific engine,it is critical to establish a new evaluation method which can accurately assess the fuel economy effect of gasoline engine oils.In this paper,a 4-cylinder gasoline engine was used to establish a fuel economy test method for gasoline engine oils,and experimental results show that this method is of good repeatability and can effectively distinguish fuel economy performances of engine oils with different viscosity grades.
