摘 要:以PFI磨为打浆设备,优化烟梗酶促打浆酶预处理条件,分析酶处理对浆料不同筛分纤维特征的影响.结果表明,酶用量0.5%、pH7、50℃处理4 h对打浆最有利.相同打浆度下,酶处理组磨浆能耗降低了37.21%.酶处理后浆料纤维主要分布在R30~R100内,其中R50、R100、R200纤维平均长度较对照分别增加了14.06%、15.69%和4.42%,纤维宽度也有所增加.酶处理组R50组分含量不变,但R100和R200组分减少了46.15%和18.24%,R350组分有所增加,经酶处理的R50纤维扭结指数减小,R100、R200、R350纤维扭结指数增加.生物酶处理烟梗可以改善烟梗浆性能.Using PFI mill as the beating equipment,the pretreatment conditions of enzymatic beating of tobacco stem were optimized,and the effects of enzymatic treatment on the characteristics of different sieved fibers in the pulp were analyzed.The results show that 0.5%enzyme dosage,pH 7,and 50℃treatment for 4h are the most beneficial to beating.At the same beating degree,the energy consumption of refining in the enzymatic treatment group was reduced by 37.21%.The pulp fi-bers in the enzymatic treatment group were mainly distributed within R30-R100.The average fiber length of R50,R100 and R200 were increased by 14.06%,15.69%and 4.42%,respectively.Compared with the control,the fiber width was also in-creased.The content of R50 in the enzymatic treatment group remained unchanged,the R100 and R200 components were decreased by 46.15%and 18.24%,the R350 component had some increase,the kink index of R50 fiber treated by the en-zyme decreased,and the kink index of R100,R200,R350 was increased.Bio-enzymatic treatment of tobacco cabo can im-prove the performance of tobacco stem pulp fibers.
