摘  要:目的:神经肌肉电刺激(Neuromuscular electrical stimulation,NMES)是一种常见的康复技术,广泛应用于医学治疗和运动训练中。为了应对持续刺激引起的快速肌肉疲劳,本文通过检测肌力,评估NMES的不同因素对肌肉疲劳快慢的影响。方法:将最大自主收缩力的10%作为目标肌力。实时检测诱发肌力,定义疲劳指数来评估肌肉疲劳。探究幅值、频率和脉宽三种刺激参数对于肌肉疲劳的影响。而后在此基础上选取参数组合探究多通道同步刺激和多通道异步刺激对于肌肉疲劳的影响。结果:低频刺激和高频刺激的疲劳指数之间有显著差异(p<0.05),但高幅值小脉宽组和低幅值大脉宽组的疲劳指数没有显著差异。其中使用低频刺激的的组别的疲劳指数呈现出较低水平。此外,单通道、多通道同步刺激与多通道异步刺激的疲劳指数两两之间均有显著差异(p<0.05),异步刺激的疲劳指数最低。结论:在三种刺激参数中,刺激频率对肌肉疲劳速度的影响最大,其中低频展现了更好的效果。此外,增加刺激通道可以减缓肌肉疲劳,异步刺激比同步刺激减缓疲劳的效果更佳。Object:Neuromuscular electrical stimulation (NMES) is a common rehabilitation techology widely used in the medical therapy and sports training.In order to delay the rapid muscle fatigue induced by continuously stimulation,it’s necessary to find the right way of stimulation.Muscle strength was measured in this study,and it was used to evaluate the effects of different factors of NMES on muscle fatigue.Methods:10% of the maximum voluntary contraction was used as the target muscle strength.The induced muscle strength was measured in real time and the fatigue index was defined.The fatigue index was used to explore the effects of three NMES parameters (amplitude,frequency and pulse-width) on muscle fatigue.On this basis,a parameter combination was selected to explore the effects of multi-channel stimulation (including synchronous stimulation and asynchronous stimulation) on muscle fatigue.Results:There was a significant difference in the fatigue indexs between low-frequency stimulation and high-frequency stimulation (p<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in the fatigue indexs between high-amplitude small-pulse-width group and low-amplitude large-pulse-width group.And the fatigue indexs were lower in the group of low-frequency stimulation.Besides,there was significant differences between the fatigue indexs of single-channel,multi-channel synchronous stimulation and multi-channel asynchronous stimulation (p<0.05).And asynchronous stimulation had the lowest the fatigue indexs.Conclusion:Among the three parameters,the frequency is the main reason that affects the speed of muscle fatigue in NMES.Moreover,low-frequency stimulation is better than high-frequency stimulation.Increasing the stimulation channels can delay muscle fatigue,which asynchronous stimulation is more effective than synchronous stimulation.
