摘  要:X油田G0油组大底水薄油藏底水能量强、油柱高度低、无连续分布的夹层,投产后面临含水上升过快甚至水淹的风险。如何有效地稳油控水以及定量评价ICD的应用效果是目前面临的最大困难和挑战。针对上述问题,在ICD工作机理的基础上,结合油田实际情况,提出了采用ICD进行控水稳油,并且探索出了一套定量评价和分析ICD应用效果的方法。通过对1口调整井的控水方案设计和定量模拟发现,ICD可以实现水平井产液剖面均匀流入,控制底水油藏含水上升的速度,大大改善了大底水油藏的开采效果,使用ICD控水后单井累积产油量预计增加15%左右。W21ST4井运用该控水技术后初产达到318m3/d,初含水20%,目前已经产油18×104m3,预计累积增油达到25×104m3。W21ST4井的成功实施开拓了新的挖潜领域,同时也为其他类似油藏调整井的实施提供了宝贵的经验。The interlayer with strong bottom water energy,low oil column height and no continuous distribution in thin oil reservoirs with large areal bottom water of G0 oil group in Oilfield X is facing with the risk of water cut rising too fast or even flooding after putting into production.How to effectively stabilize oil pro-duction and control water cut and quantitatively evaluate the application results of ICD are the greatest diffi-culties and challenges.In view of the above issues,based on the working mechanism of ICD,the ICD is proposed to control water cut and stabilize oil production according to the actual situation of oilfield,and a set of method for quantitative evaluating and analyzing the application results of ICD is proposed.Through the water control scheme design and quantitative simulation of one adjustment well,it is found that ICD can realize the uniform inflow of production profile for the horizontal well,control the rising rate of water cut in bottom water reservoir,and greatly improve the production effect of the large-areal bottom water reservoir.After water control by ICD,the cumulative oil production of single well is estimated to increase by about 15%.After the application of this water control technology,the initial production of Well W21ST4 reached 318 m3/d,and the initial water cut is 20%.At present,the oil production has reached 18 ×104 m3,and the estimated cumulative oil increased by 25 ×104 m3.The successful application in Well W21ST4 opened up new areas of potential exploration and provided valuable experience for the application to the adjustment wells in other similar reservoirs.
