大牛地气田低压低产气井胶束驱排解水锁技术研究及应用

摘　　要：大牛地气田目前处于二次增压开发阶段,多数气井已进入低压低产期,携液能力变差,而井筒积液则会加剧近井地带水锁损害程度,影响气井中后期正常生产。本文以大牛地气田DK13井区低压低产气井为研究对象,明确了XM-6型胶束剂解水锁作用机理为改变储层润湿性、减小界面张力、降低贾敏效应与形成低沸点共沸物,通过室内实验手段,研究了该胶束剂的配伍性,定量分析了对岩心尺度天然气渗流的改善作用。实验结果表明,XM-6型胶束剂与盒3段地层水在常温常压、高温高压与高温常压环境下均显示出良好的配伍性,且经过该胶束剂处理后的岩心,其渗透率恢复率可达80%以上,有效改善了水锁损害。经现场试验证实,A-1井试验期间平均增产0.18×104m3/d,累计增产8.01×104m3,试验后稳产期超过4个月,初步显示出该胶束剂具备良好的解水锁推广应用前景。At present,Daniudi Gas Field is in the second stage of pressurization development,and most gas wells have entered the period of low pressure and low production.The liquid carrying capacity becomes worse,and liquid loading has aggravated the damage degree of water locking near wellbore zones,which affects the normal production of gas wells during the middle and later periods.The mechanism of XM-6 micellar agent for water unlocking is to change reservoir wettability,reduce interfacial tension,reduce Jamin effect and form low-boiling azeotrope.Through laboratory experiments,the compatibility of the micellar agent is studied,and the improvement of natural gas seepage at core scale is quantitatively analyzed.The experimental re-sults show that XM-6 micellar agent has good compatibility with formation water in He 3 Member under normal temperature and pressure,high temperature and pressure,and high temperature and normal pressure.And the permeability recovery rate of the cores treated by this micellar agent can reach more than 80%,which effectively improves the water lock damage.The field test shows that the average production of Well A-1 increased by 0.18×104 m3/d and 8.01×104 m3 in the total during the test period,and the stable production period after the test is more than 4 months,which preliminarily shows that the micellar agent has a good application prospect of water unlocking.
