摘 要:某企业常减压蒸馏装置加热炉的燃料消耗量占炼油装置燃料消耗的比例高达22.6%,通过分析,在12.0Mt/a常减压蒸馏装置一段减压炉辐射室炉衬表面喷涂耐高温辐射涂料,提高辐射传热能力和热效率,以降低燃料消耗量。一段减压炉采用耐高温辐射涂料技术后,提高了炉膛辐射系数,增强了炉衬反射能力。涂层应用的直观体现是加热炉热效率由92.72%提高到93.67%。在相同负荷下按满负荷12.0Mt/a运行计算,节约燃料消耗量约720t/a,经测算投资回收期不到半年,节能和经济效益显著。并且烟气排放总量和空气污染物排放量降低,实现了节能减排。炉膛温度降低18℃、炉体外壁温度降低,炉膛和炉外壁未再出现局部超温情况,同时又提高了炉衬的抗冲刷能力和表面强度,有利于加热炉安全、平稳运行。实践证明,耐高温辐射涂料的应用是石化企业节能增效的可行且有效的措施之一。The fuel consumption of heating furnace in the 12.0 Mt/a atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit of a refinery accounted for 22.6% of the fuel consumption of refining units.Based on analysis,the radiation heat transfer capability and thermal efficiency can be improved by spraying heat-resistant radiation coating on the furnace lining of radiation chamber of primary vacuum furnace,so as to reduce fuel consumption.After using heat-resistant radiation coating technology in the primary vacuum furnace,the radiation coefficient of furnace was improved and the reflection capability of furnace lining was enhanced.The application of the coat-ing increased the thermal efficiency of heating furnace from 92.72% to 93.67%.Calculated at the full load of 12.0 Mt/a under the same load,the fuel consumption was reduced by about 720 t/a.The estimated investment payback period was less than half a year,and the energy saving effect and economic benefit were remarkable.Also the total flue gas emission and the air pollutant emission were reduced,achieving energy saving and emission reduction.The furnace temperature was reduced by 18 ℃,the temperature of outer furnace wall was reduced,and local over-temperature of the furnace and the outer furnace wall have never appeared again.At the same time,the erosion resistance and surface strength of the furnace lining were improved,which is conducive to the safe and stable operation of the heating furnace.Practice has proved that the application of heat-resistant radiation coating is one of the feasible and effective measures for petrochemical enterprises to save energy and increase efficiency.
