摘　　要：目的 了解外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病(vulvovaginal candidiasis,VVC)复发前后白色念珠菌的基因型,为临床的治疗提供实验室依据。方法 2018年10月-2020年2月选取本院门诊VVC患者样本进行菌种保存,对达到复发性条件的样本进行复发前后随机扩增多态性DNA(random amplified polymorphic DNA,RAPD)同源性分析。结果 VVC患者治疗前31例白色念珠菌、2例光滑念珠菌,治疗后有2例光滑念珠菌复发为白色念珠菌;基因型共为4型,白色念珠菌治疗前Ⅰ型占12. 9%、Ⅱ型占51. 6%、Ⅲ型占29. 0%、Ⅳ型占6. 5%,治疗复发后Ⅰ型占12. 9%、Ⅱ型占54. 8%、Ⅲ型占29. 0%、Ⅳ型占3. 2%。结论 白色念珠菌感染基因型本地区以Ⅱ型、Ⅲ型为主,同时治疗后复发的基因型与复发前未见明显区别。Objective To investigate the genotypes of Candida albicans of vulvovaginal candidiasis(VVC)before and after recurrence and provide laboratory basis for clinical treatment.Methods From October 2018 to February 2020,samples of patients with VVC in the outpatient department of our hospital were selected to preservation,and the samples that reached the recurrence condition were analyzed for random amplified polymorphic DNA(RAPD)homology.Results In VVC patients,31 cases of Candida albicans and 2 cases of Candida glabris were found before treatment,and 2 cases of Candida glabris recurred to Candida albicans after treatment.There were 4 genotypes in total.Before treatment,12.9%of Candida albicans were type Ⅰ,51.6%were type Ⅱ,29.0%were type Ⅲ,6.5%were type Ⅳ,and 12.9%were type Ⅰ,54.8%were type Ⅱ,29.0%were type Ⅲ,and 3.2%were type Ⅳ.Conclusion The main genotypes of Candida albicans infection in this area were type Ⅱ and type Ⅲ,and there was no significant difference between the genotypes of relapse after treatment and those before recurrence.
