摘 要:目的了解北京市门头沟区社区家庭空调过滤网和淋浴水卫生状况,探索社区家庭空调过滤网和淋浴水存在的卫生问题及影响因素。方法2019年对门头沟区2个社区120户家庭进行空调过滤网细菌总数、真菌总数和淋浴水中嗜肺军团菌的检测,参考《公共场所集中空调通风系统卫生规范》(WS 394—2012)进行结果评价。结果2019年门头沟区社区家庭空调过滤网细菌总数检出率为70.00%,合格率为98.33%;空调过滤网真菌总数检出率为58.33%,合格率为99.17%。空调过滤网细菌总数和真菌总数检出率差异、合格率差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。淋浴水嗜肺军团菌阳性率为0.00%,空调清洗消毒率为6.67%,淋浴用热水器清洗消毒率为3.33%。空调过滤网细菌总数、真菌总数是否检出在空调使用时间、空调是否清洗、是否知晓空调过滤网不洁可引起如鼻塞等症状上差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论门头沟区社区家庭空调过滤网细菌总数、真菌总数以及淋浴水嗜肺军团菌合格率较高,但空调过滤网细菌总数和真菌总数检出率较高,有一定健康风险,应加强健康宣教和卫生管理。Objective To understand the sanitary conditions of air conditioning filter and shower water in community families in Mentougou District of Beijing,and explore their sanitary problems and influencing factors.Methods A total of 120 households in two communities in Mentougou District were tested for the total number of bacteria and fungi in air conditioning filter and Legionella pneumophila in shower water.The results were evaluated according to WS 394-2012 Hygienic Specification of Central Air Conditioning Ventilation System in Public Buildings.Results The total bacterial count detection rate of air conditioning filter in Mentougou District was 70.00%and the qualified rate was 98.33%.The total fungal detection rate of air conditioning filter was 58.33%and the qualified rate was 99.17%.There was no statistical significance on the difference in the detection rate and the qualified rate of the total number of bacteria and fungi in the air conditioning filter(P>0.05).The positive rate of Legionella pneumophila in shower water was 0.00%.The cleaning and disinfection rate of air conditioner was 6.67%,and that of shower water heater was 3.33%.There was no statistical significance in the total number of bacteria and fungi in the air conditioning filter,whether the air conditioning was cleaned or whether the unclean air conditioning filter was known to cause symptoms such as nasal congestion(P>0.05).Conclusion The total number of bacteria and fungi in the home air conditioning filter and Legionella pneumophila in shower water had a higher acceptance rate.The detection rate of total bacteria and fungi in the air conditioning filter is higher,and there are certain health risks.Therefore,health education and health management should be strengthened.
