重大突发公共卫生事件网络谣言传播中的公众情绪和社会心理研究——以新冠肺炎疫情为例

摘　　要：当今社会,网络谣言已是一种不足为奇的社会现象。新冠肺炎疫情的急迫性和严重性以及网络媒体技术的快速发展,使网络谣言呈现新特点,同时危害范围更广、程度更深。依据有关网路谣言的相关理论和分析新冠肺炎疫情期间大量传播的网络谣言,提出公众传播网络谣言的阶段:感知-判断-描述,并从中剖析出网络谣言的传播实质是公众情绪宣泄与心理投射,揭示了重大疫情中网络谣言背后的公众情绪和社会心理因素。在此基础上提出网络谣言的治理措施,以促进社会舆论的健康运行,保证疫情防控的有序进行。In today’s society,internet rumors are not a surprising social phenomenon.The urgency and severity of the COVID-19 epidemic and the rapid development of online media technology have brought new characteristics to online rumors,and at the same time,the scope and severity of their hazard are wider and deeper.Based on the relevant theories about online rumors and analysis of the large number of online rumors spread during the outbreak of COVID-19 epidemic,this study divides the public dissemination of online rumors into three stages of perception,judgment,and description,and finds out that the essence of the spread of online rumors is actually public emotional catharsis and psychological projection,which reveals the public sentiment and psychosocial factors behind online rumors in face of major epidemics.On this basis,measures to control internet rumors are proposed to promote the healthy operation of public opinion and ensure the orderly progress of epidemic prevention and control.
