面向高品质城市人居环境建设的城市体检探索——以海口城市体检为例

摘　　要：随着中国城镇化进入中后期,城市发展进入建设高品质人居环境,创造美好生活的新阶段。城市体检工作通过对城市人居环境的全面、客观评价,有利于发现城市问题、推动"城市病"治理和人居环境改善,也有利于提高城市治理的精细化水平。基于对相关研究的总结,对面向高品质城市人居环境建设的城市体检工作内涵进行了分析,梳理了主要工作内容、核心原则,提出了重点技术方法,包括构建指标体系和评价标准、开展人本视角的体检评估、加强多源数据耦合和信息技术应用、开展多空间尺度的城市体检等方面。最后,以海口市城市体检项目为例,探索总结了城市体检的关键技术方法。While China has entered the mid-late stage of urbanization, city development has entered a new stage of building a high-quality of human settlement and creating a better life. Through the comprehensive and objective evaluation of the quality of urban human settlement, city examination assessment can find urban problems, promote the governance of "city illnesses" and improve the quality of human settlement environment. Based on a review of relevant research and concept analysis of city examination assessment, the paper discusses the key points of city examination assessment. Combined with the practice of city examination assessment in Haikou, the paper also summaries the methodology of city examination assessment.
