摘 要:耕地级别评价是耕地资源管理、质量提升改造,保障区域耕地粮食安全的重要基础,但是现有耕地定级因子体系仍存在偏重"产能"影响因子,缺乏对耕地生态健康、生态功能等因子的考量。本文以广东省为研究区,在实地调研踏勘的基础上,综合运用专家咨询法和地理探测器法,构建了面向综合效能提升的耕地定级因子体系。本文构建的耕地定级因子体系包含自然因素、社会经济因素和工程因素3个基本层、8个因素层和18个因子,根据其测算的研究区耕地定级指数在481~4183之间,级别在3~15级之间,以7~11级为主。定级指数与标准粮产量相关性系数r为0.544,与耕地自然等指数和利用等指数的相关性系数r分别为0.738和0.616,且在整治工程措施到位的前提下耕地质量能提升1个级别以上。实证结果表明本文构建的耕地定级因子体系能够较好地体现耕地产能的优劣,与原分等结果也具有良好的衔接性;同时,增加了环境污染与生态化土地整治工程因子,在新时期耕地保护与可持续利用建设工程中,具有较强的先导作用。Classification on cultivated land is an important basis for the management of cultivated land resources,the improvement of quality,and the guarantee of regional cultivated land food security.However,the existing classifying factor system of cultivated land still focuses on the influencing factors of productivity,and lacks the consideration of factors such as cultivated land health and ecological function.Taking Guangdong Province as the research area,on the basis of on-the-spot investigation and survey,this paper uses Delphi method and geographical detector synthetically to build a cultivated land classifying factor system for improving comprehensive efficiency.The cultivated land classifying factor system constructed in this paper consists of three basic layers,eight factor layers and 18 factors:natural factors,social economic factors and engineering factors.According to the system,the cultivated land classifying index in the study area is 481-4183,and its class is 3-15,with 7-11 as the main range.The correlation coefficient r between the classifying index and the yield of standard grain is 0.544,and the correlation coefficient r between the classifying index and the physical grading index and the utilization grading index are 0.738 and 0.616,respectively.Moreover,the quality of cultivated land can be improved by more than one class on the premise that the remediation engineering measures are in place.The empirical results show that the cultivated land classifying factor system constructed in this paper can better reflect the advantages and disadvantages of cultivated land productivity,and has a good connection with the original grading results.At the same time,the factors of environmental pollution and ecological land consolidation engineering are increased,which has a strong leading role in farmland protection and sustainable utilization projects in the new period.
