摘 要:利用DL-411铝酸酯偶联剂对稀土铝酸锶进行表面包覆改性,采用熔融共混法制备稀土铝酸锶/PET复合材料,并用傅里叶红外光谱(FTIR)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)、差示扫描量热仪(DSC)和长余辉荧光粉测试仪对样品的外观形貌、物相结构、结晶性能及光学性能进行表征。测试结果表明,经铝酸酯偶联剂包覆改性后,偶联剂分子与稀土铝酸锶表面发生化学键合作用,使稀土铝酸锶粉体表面的亲油疏水性得到提高,吸油值由32.00%下降至19.25%,活化指数由17.00%增大至98.15%,且经偶联剂处理后,稀土铝酸锶在PET中的分散性得到提高,对稀土铝酸锶/PET复合材料光学性能无明显影响。因此,稀土铝酸锶并没有改变PET的晶型,同时由于异相成核作用,与纯PET相比,稀土铝酸锶/PET复合材料的结晶温度和结晶度均显著提高。The rare earth strontium aluminate was coated with the aluminate coupling agent DL-411,and the rare earth strontium aluminate/polyethylene terephthalate(PET)composite were prepared by melt blending.The phase structure,appearance morphology,crystallization properties and luminescent properties of the samples were studied by FTIR,SEM,XRD,DSC and long afterglow phosphor tester.The results showed that the surface of the strontium aluminate powder was chemically bonded by the coupling agent and the surface of the strontium aluminate powder was improved in terms of its lipophilicity and hydrophobicity,the oil absorption value decreased from.32%to 19.25%,and the activation index increased from 17%to 98.15%.Moreover,the dispersion of rare earth strontium aluminate in PET was improved by coating with aluminate coupling agent,and the optical properties of rare earth strontium aluminate/PET composite were not significantly affected.The addition of rare earth strontium aluminate did not change the crystal type of PET.At the same time,due to heterogeneous nucleation,the crystallization temperature and crystallinity of rare earth strontium aluminate/PET composite were higher than that of pure PET.
