摘 要:丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯塑料(ABS)作为目前应用最广泛的通用塑料之一,其应用范围和需求量均较为广泛。为了使ABS兼具塑料和金属的优良性能,通常需要对ABS进行电镀。目前,普遍使用的化学预镀工艺过程繁琐、污染较大,且通常采用贵金属胶体作为活化剂,成本较高。因此,提出一种更为绿色环保的预镀工艺,以氧化石墨烯(GO)作为前驱体配制ABS预镀溶液,并对ABS塑料进行导电化表面处理。通过对ABS表面的石墨烯导电层的导电性、附着力、接触角、表面微观形貌等进行测试及表征,研究该工艺方法在ABS塑料表面的导电化处理效果及其作用机制。ABS塑料的表面电阻能最大可以达到0.66 kΩ,附着力可以达到5B,制备的导电化ABS塑料可以直接进行电镀,且金属镀层各项性能均能满足要求。As one of the most frequently-used general plastics,ABS possesses wide applied range and remarkable demand.In order to make ABS obtain the excellent properties of plastics and metals,the process of electroplating was often applied.However,the existing widely used chemical plating technology was complicated and environmentally harmful,and it was also costly because of the utilization of the precious metals during the activation process.Herein,an environmentally friendly pre-plating technology was proposed.Firstly the solution for the preplating of ABS was prepared by the employ of graphene oxide(GO),and then it was being used in the process of surface conductive treatment for the ABS plastic.The conductive treatment effect and mechanism of this technology were studied by the characterization of conductivity,adhesive force,contact angle and microtopography of graphene conductive coating on the surface of ABS.The surface resistance of ABS could be as low as 0.66 kΩ,and the rank of adhesive force could be as high as 5 B.The as-prepared conductive ABS plastic was able to be electroplated immediately,and the properties of the metal coating could completely meet the requirements.
