摘 要:利用UG对手表表架及模具进行三维造型。对手表表架进行了工艺性分析,该塑件由空心的椭圆柱体和最大轮廓平台构成,空心椭圆柱体内有一定的斜度,需要两侧侧向分型抽芯结构。将分型面选在最大轮廓平面,有利于开模和推出机构的推出。空心椭圆柱体顶部有利于放置浇口,塑件材料为ABS,浇口的类型为点浇口,将点浇口设置在空心椭圆柱体顶部的曲面上。在定模成型时,空心椭圆柱体与最大轮廓平台之间构成较深的不规则凹槽,导致脱模较为困难,但是,在空心椭圆柱体的外侧和最大轮廓平台之间有异形通孔,将固定在动模板的凸模穿过该通孔,使动模部分成型,构成局部镶嵌式凹模,能够避免该侧凹阻碍脱模。设计了空形椭圆柱体两侧型芯侧向抽芯机构,模具布局为一模两腔,设置了3个分型面,利用反锥度穴实现多型腔点浇口浇注系统凝料的自动脱落,实现了自动化操作,提高了生产效率。UG was used to carry out 3D modeling of watch stand and mould.The process analysis of the table stand was carried out.The plastic part was composed of a hollow elliptic cylinder and a platform with the maximum contour.The hollow elliptic cylinder had a certain slope and needed to be side parting core pulling structure on both sides.The parting surface was selected in the maximum contour plane,which was conducive to the launch of mold opening and launch mechanism.The top of the hollow oval cylinder was conducive to placing the gate and the plastic material was ABS.Therefore,the gate type was pinpoint gate.The pinpoint gate was arranged on the surface at the top of the hollow elliptic cylinder.Elliptical hollow cylinder was formed in fixed mold.The deep irregular groove between the elliptic hollow cylinder and the platform with the maximum contour caused difficulty in stripping.However,there was a special-shaped through hole between the outer side of the hollow oval cylinder and the platform with the maximum outline.The punch,which was fixed to the moving template,was passed through the hole.The lower half of the formed oval hollow cylinderformed local inlaid die,which avoided the side concave hindering the demoulding.The side core pulling mechanism of hollow elliptical cylinder was designed.The die layout was the first mock exam and two cavity,and three parting surfaces were set up.The inverse taper hole was used to realize the automatic shedding of the coagulant in the multi cavity point gate gating system,which realized the automatic operation and improved the production efficiency.
