摘 要:C型小室体积是锥形双螺杆设计的重要参数,其体积变化对螺杆的压缩比具有重要影响。根据锥形双螺杆挤出机的啮合机理,应用近似法、螺旋线法和体积减法对其C型小室的体积进行了计算,并与SJSZ-20挤出机实体建模数据进行对比,讨论了理论数据与建模数据的关系,概括了不同计算方法的应用范围等,得到近似法的体积误差约为0.23,螺旋线法和体积减法的误差分别为0.024和0.020,后2种方法数据接近,且与近似法相比,显著减小了一个数量级。在压缩比的计算中,近似法压缩比为1.55,螺旋线法和体积减法得出的压缩比分别为1.91和2.03,与设计需要的压缩比2.00更接近,更能满足设计要求。The volume of the C-type chamber is an important parameter of the conical twin-screw design.Its volume change has an important impact on the compression ratio of the extruder.According to the meshing mechanism of the conical twin-screw extruder,the volume of C-type chamber was calculated by using the approximation method,the spiral method and the volume reduction method.The volume of C-type chamber was compared with the solid modeling data of the SJSZ-20 extruder.The relationship between theoretical data and modeling data was discussed,the application range of different calculation methods was summarized.It was concluded that the volume error of the approximate method was about 0.23;the errors of the spiral method and the volume subtraction method were 0.024 and 0.020.The data of the latter two methods were approaching,and the error was obviously an order of magnitude smaller than the approximate method.In the calculation of the compression ratio,the compression ratio of the approximate method was 1.55,the spiral method and volume subtraction method were 1.91 and 2.03,which were closer to the designed compression ratio of 2.00 and more in line with the design requirements.
