摘 要:针对现有的油溶性化学清蜡剂多以苯系为主,使用成本较高且有毒性等问题,优选了一种可回收重复使用的化学清蜡剂。基于油田成熟的“闪蒸”分离回收技术,逆向寻找常温下蒸气压较低的试剂并测试其溶蜡和回收性能。采用带压测定清蜡剂溶蜡速率与回收比率的装置对10种来源较广的试剂进行了实验,结果表明:二甲醚(DME)的溶蜡和回收性能良好,45℃时,溶蜡速率为0.086 g/min,显著高于甲苯、二甲苯等溶蜡剂,60℃时体积回收率可达到95%,重复回收4次后其溶蜡速率仍可达0.060 g/min。Chemical wax removal and prevention is an effective and even the only method for offshoreoilfield,especially for oilfield with underwater production system.Most of the existing chemical wax removers are benzene series,which are expensive and toxic.In order to reduce the cost and increase the efficiency,the idea of developing recyclable and reusable chemical wax remover is put forward.Based on the“flash evaporation”,a mature separation and recovery technology in the oilfield,the reagents with lower vapor pressure at normal temperature are reversely searched and its wax dissolving and recovery performance are tested.Therefore,a patent device for measuring the wax dissolving rate and recovery rate of wax remover under pressure is specially developed.The device is used to test the wax dissolving rate of 10 kinds of reagents from a wide range of sources.The results showed that dimethyl ether(DME)has good wax dissolution and recovery performance with a wax dissolving rate of 0.086 g/min at 45℃,which is significantly higher than toluene and xylene.The volume recovery rate could reach 95%at 60℃.After 4 rounds of recycling,the wax dissolving rate of DME is still 0.060 g/min,which is still significantly higher than that of benzene wax remover.
