聚醚铵盐的合成及其防膨性能研究

摘　　要：以聚醚胺与无机酸、低分子有机酸为原料合成了系列聚醚铵盐,离心法评价了产物的防膨性能,并用XRD和电镜探讨了其对黏土稳定的机理。实验结果表明:聚醚胺与有机酸的反应产物中,甲酸的聚醚二铵盐的效果最好,防膨率为77.1%;与无机酸反应的产物中,聚醚胺的盐酸盐防膨效果最好,防膨率为71.7%。聚醚铵盐与氯化铵的复配具有防膨增效作用,同时改善了防膨剂的耐冲刷性能。1%聚醚铵盐DMN+0.5%NH4Cl经过冲刷实验后防膨率基本不变,达到82.6%,而无机盐的防膨率仅为47%。XRD和电镜分析表明,采用含有聚醚铵盐防膨剂溶液处理的黏土矿物的层间距减小,外观呈现压实的聚集形态。A series of polyether ammonium salts were synthesized from polyether amine,inorganic acid and low molecular organic acid,and their anti-swelling effect of their mixture with an inorganic salt was determined.The mechanism of clay stabilization was discussed by XRD and SEM.The experimental results show that the polyether diammonium salt of formic acid has the best anti swelling effect,with anti-swelling rate of 77.1%for the products of polyether amine with low molecular organic acid,while the salt of hydrochloric acid with polyether amine has the best anti-swelling ratio of 71.7%for the products with inorganic acid.The combination of polyether ammonium salt with NH4Cl has good effect of clay stability,and greatly improves the scouring resistance of the inorganic anti-swelling agent.The anti-swelling ratio of thecombination of 1%polyether ammonium salt(DMN)and 0.5%NH4Cl still reaches 82.6%after 10 times of scouring test,while the anti-swelling ratio of inorganic salt is only 47%.XRD and SEM analysis show that the interlayer spacing of clay minerals treated with the aqueous solution of polyether ammonium salt is reduced and the clay mineral presents a state of compact aggregation.The synthetic polyether ammonium salt has a good ability of inhibiting clay expansion and long-term anti expansion performance,which has a broad application prospect in thedevelopment ofreservoirs with low permeability.
