摘 要:在考察部分支化预交联凝胶颗粒(B-PPG)增黏性、流变性以及抗剪切性的基础之上,分别研究了B-PPG溶液在单管渗流模型和双管串联渗流模型中的运移规律,并自制微观玻璃刻蚀模型进一步验证了其在多孔介质中的运移规律。结果表明:B-PPG溶液的增黏性能较好,溶液的表观黏度随剪切速率的增加而降低;溶液以储能模量为主,且具有一定的抗剪切稳定性;B-PPG溶液在多孔介质以"累积封堵→压力升高→变形运移"交替堵驱的方式运移,溶液中的黏弹性颗粒在运移时可在外力挤压下变形通过孔喉,从而实现深部运移;微观玻璃刻蚀模型实验表明B-PPG溶液具有较好的均衡驱替、扩大波及体积的能力。On the basis of studying the viscosity,rheology properties and shear resistance of the branched-preformed particle gel(B-PPG),the migration laws of the B-PPG solution in the single-pipe percolation model and the double-pipe series percolation model were studied respectively.The erosion model further verified its migration law in porous media.The results show that the B-PPG solution has good viscosity increasingproperty.The apparent viscosity of the solution decreases with the increase of the shear rate.The solution is dominated by the storage modulus and has certain shear stability.The B-PPG solution migrates in the porous media in the manner of“accumulative plugging→pressureincrease→deformation and migration”alternately.The viscoelastic particles in the solution can be deformed through the pore throat under the extrusion force during migration,so as to realize deep migration.Microscopic glass etching model experiments show that B-PPG solution has better ability to balancethe displacement and expand the swept volume.
