摘  要:在无水乙醇溶液中,以邻苯二酚和N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺为原料、氨基磺酸为催化剂合成类辣椒碱N-(3,4-二羟基-6-丙烯酰胺甲基苄基)丙烯酰胺,产物结构经IR和1H NMR表征。考察了原料摩尔比、催化剂用量、反应温度及时间等因素对产品收率的影响。结果表明,氨基磺酸对该反应具有良好的催化活性,较优工艺条件为:邻苯二酚用量11.0 g,n(邻苯二酚)∶n(N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺)=1∶2.25,氨基磺酸用量为邻苯二酚质量的3%,反应温度35℃,反应时间10 d,产物收率大于74%。In anhydrous ethanol solution,N-(3,4-dihydroxy-6-acrylamide benzyl)acrylamide was synthesized from catechol and N-hydroxymethyl acrylamide using sulfamic acid as catalyst.The product was characterized by IR and 1H NMR.The effects of the molar ratio of raw materials,the amount of catalyst,the reaction temperature and time on the yield were investigated.The experimental results showed that sulfamic acid had good catalytic activity for the reaction,and the optimal process conditions were as follows:catechol 11.0 g,n(catechol)∶n(N-hydroxymethylacrylamide)=1∶2.25,the dosage of sulfamic acid was 3%of the mass of catechol,and the reaction was conducted at 35℃for 10 d.Under optimal conditions,the product yield exceeded 74%.
