摘　　要：我国体育外交服务特色大国外交,体育元素已成为国家外交工作的新常态和新亮点。对习近平总书记的体育外交重要论述的内容和结构进行研究。研究认为,构建新型国际关系与人类命运共同体是习近平体育外交重要论述的理论核心;围绕这一理论核心,习近平体育外交重要论述形成了一个涵盖"大国"体育外交论述、"周边"体育外交论述、"发展中国家"体育外交论述、"多边"体育外交论述四大保护带与相关启示下的科学理论。China's sports diplomatic services characteristics of great power diplomacy,and sports elements have become the new normal and new bright spot of national diplomatic work.This paper studies the content and structure of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important discourse on sports diplomacy.The study holds that the construction of a new community of international relations and human destiny is the theoretical core of Xi Jinping's important discourse on sports diplomacy.Around the core of this theory,Xi Jinping's important discourse on sports diplomacy has formed a scientific theory covering the four protection zones and related revelations of“big country”sports diplomacy,“peripheral”sports diplomacy,“developing countries”sports diplomacy,and“multilateral”sports diplomacy.
