广州地区高校高水平足球队建设的困境与纾解

摘　　要：为了贯彻《中国足球改革发展总体方案》,教育部等七部委联合出台了《全国青少年校园足球八大体系建设行动计划》,旨在巩固和完善校园足球工作制度体系,推进校园足球工作治理体系和治理能力现代化,并构建了"中小学特色学校+高校高水平足球队+试点县(区)+改革试验区+‘满天星’训练营""五位一体"的校园足球立体推进格局。相比于基础教育阶段校园足球的建设,高校高水平运动队的发展却显得滞后。运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法等方法,以广州地区高校高水平运动队试点高校为研究对象,围绕足球队建设的基本元素,以探寻高校高水平竞技足球的改革与发展之路。In order to implement the“Overall Plan of Chinese Football Reform and Development”,the Ministry of Education and other seven ministries and commissions jointly issued the“Action Plan for the Construction of Eight Major Systems of National Youth Campus Football”,which aims to consolidate and improve the campus football work system,advance the modernization of the governance system and capacity of campus football work,and construct the“five-in-one”three-dimensional promotion pattern of campus football of“the characteristics of primary and secondary schools+high-level football teams in colleges and universities+pilot counties(districts)+reform pilot areas+'Gypsophila'training camp”.Compared with the upsurge of campus football construction in the basic education stage,the development of high-level sports teams in colleges and universities is lagging behind.Using the method of literature,questionnaire,mathematical statistics and other methods,this paper takes the high-level sports team pilot colleges and universities in Guangzhou as the research object,and focuses on the basic elements of football team construction to explore the reform and development of high-level competitive football in colleges and universities.
