摘　　要：目的:探讨疫情防控下的"全预约"门诊诊疗服务模式优化研究。方法:对全预约诊疗服务优化的内容、方法、途径、目的及应用价值展开研究。结果:全预约门诊服务实施前后患者的满意度由80.17%上升至89.53%,且患者再次就诊选择本院的意愿皆得到提升。结论:"全预约"门诊诊疗服务模式的有效展开,将信息化技术与医院管理模式、服务模式有效整合,实现医疗资源合理配置,有效缩短患者就诊、候诊时间,避免人流聚集与交叉感染,对于改善后疫情时代的医疗服务具有重要意义。Objective:To explore the optimization study of the"full appointment"outpatient diagnosis and treatment service model under epidemic prevention and control.method:R esearch on the content,method,approach,purpose and application value of the optimization of full appointment diagnosis and treatment services.R esults:The satisfaction of patients before and after the implementation of the full appointment outpatient service increased from 80.17%to 89.53%,and the willingness of patients to choose this hospital for treatment was improved.Conclusion:The effective development of the"full appointment"outpatient diagnosis and treatment service model effectively integrates information technology with hospital management and service models,realizes the rational allocation of medical resources,effectively shortens the patient visits and waiting time,avoids crowds and cross-infection,and improves Medical services in the post-epidemic era are of great significance.
