摘 要:为了提高水电解制氢效率和降低欧姆电阻损失,实验研究电极间的气泡对水电解效率的影响。影响水电解效率因素很多,该实验研究电极间的间隙对水电解效率的影响。实验是在大气压下,采用镍—铬—铁合金电极在ω(KOH)=10%的水溶液中进行的。实验要控制电流密度、用或不用隔膜、系统温度和电极的间隙、高度、倾斜角及表面可湿性等参数,以便检查电极的孔隙率。如果电流不变,通过电压降评价水电解效率。电极间的孔隙率增加使电解效率下降,这说明电流密度不变,确实存在最佳的电解条件。In order to improve the efficiency of hydrogen production and reduce the loss of ohmic resistance,the effect of bubbles between electrodes on the efficiency of water electrolysis was studied.There are many factors affecting the effic-iency of water electrolysis,and the effect of the gap between electrodes on the efficiency of water electrolysis was studied through experiments.The experiment was carried out at atmospheric pressure using Ni-Cr-Fe alloy electrode inω(KOH)10%aqueous solution.In order to check the porosity of the electrode,current density,diaphragm,system temperature,electrode gap,height,inclination angle and surface wettability should be controlled.If the current was constant,the efficiency of water electrolysis was evaluated by voltage drop.The increase of porosity between electrodes leads to the decrease of electrolysis efficiency,which indicates that the best electrolysis condition exists with constant current density.
