摘　　要：包公文学指的是涉及包公故事情节的文学作品。元代的包公文学主要由元代杂剧和南戏构成。在这些戏剧中,包公面对贪猥之徒,殊无畏惮;从公决断各类案件,惩治腐败官吏。他不仅立心清正,以民为本,判案时还智谋过人,兼顾法理和人情。元代包公文学的廉政思想是当代廉政文化的重要基础,有很强的现实意义。The literature of Bao Zheng refers to the literary works involving the plot of Bao Zheng.The literature of Bao Zheng in the Yuan Dynasty was mainly composed of Yuan Zaju and Southern Opera.In these plays,Bao Zheng was fearless in the face of those who are corrupt;he decided all kinds of cases by referendums and punished corrupt officials.He was not only upright in his mind,people-oriented,and resourcefulness,but also took into account both legal principles and human feelings.The literary thought against corruption in the literature of Bao Zheng in Yuan Dynasty is the important foundation of contemporary anti-corruption culture and has strong practical significance.
