摘　　要：农业社会化服务供应链是达成主体合作、资源整合、协同响应的一种创新组织形式,服务供应链管理框架包括服务需求管理、资源与能力管理、关系管理、服务订单流程管理、信息技术管理和服务绩效管理。涉农服务的天禾模式、构建服务联合体的山西翼城模式、搭建平台的金丰公社模式、以农合联为平台的浙江“三位一体”模式和与农共生的新希望六和“担保鸡”服务模式等服务供应链的实践组织模式揭示了龙头企业性质、协同网络构建和制度设计的重要性。Agricultural socialized service supply chain is an innovative organizational form to achieve subject cooperation,resource integration and collaborative response.It is also a service supply chain management framework including service demand management,resource and capacity management,relationship management,service order process management,information technology management and service performance management.On this basis,it summarizes and sorts out the organization modes of service supply chain operation practice,namely,Tianhe mode of extending agriculture related services,Shanxi Yicheng mode of building service alliance,Jinfeng commune model of platform building,“Three in one”model of Zhejiang Province based on the platform of rural cooperative alliance,New Hope Liuhe's“guaranteed chicken”service mode of symbiosis with farmers.These practice modes reveal the importance of the nature of leading enterprises,collaborative network construction and system design.
