摘  要:引汉济渭工程是为缓解陕西关中地区缺水问题所规划的调水工程,黄金峡水库作为主要水源,有必要对黄金峡水库运行调度进行模拟研究。在引汉济渭工程年调水10亿m3和15亿m3两种情况下,以允许调水量为前提,选择枯水年的来水资料,通过建立调水量和发电量最大两个目标函数,利用NSGA-II算法求解多目标优化问题,获得了黄金峡水库在枯水年的多目标均衡解,揭示了调水和发电目标之间是矛盾的,分析了枯水年黄金峡水库的综合效益。The Hanjiang⁃to⁃Weihe River Water Diversion Project is a water diversion project planned to alleviate the water shortage in Guanzhong area of Shaanxi Province.As the main water source,it is necessary to simulate the operation of the Huangjinxia Reservoir.Under the circumstances of 1 billion m3 and 1.5 billion m3 in water diversion,on the premise of allowable water diversion,the data of water inflow in dry years were selected,by establishing two objective functions of water diversion and power generation and using optimization algorithm NSGA⁃II to solve the two objective optimization issues and the multi⁃objective equilibrium solution of the Huangjinxia Reservoir in the dry year was obtained.It also revealed the transformation law between water diversion and power generation objectives and verified the contradic⁃tion between water diversion and power generation objectives and the relationship between them.Meanwhile it analyzed the comprehensive benefits of the Huangjinxia Reservoir.It can provide reference for actual reservoir operation and also provide decision support for the study of comprehensive benefit of the Hanjiang⁃to⁃Weihe River Water Diversion Project.
