摘　　要：目的初步探索离体脑血管造影方法及其应用价值。方法使用3种手动注射方法(注射器+针头、注射器+玻璃滴管、注射器+鲁尔接头),对15例尸体离体脑进行血管造影剂灌注。使用16排CT获取离体脑断层影像,比较不同注射方法的脑血管造影效果。结果3种注射方法中,利用注射器+鲁尔接头所得脑血管影像更为完整,3D重建影像可以显示丰富的脑血管解剖细节,在脑损伤案例中可以提示出血区域。结论利用注射器+鲁尔接头是一种简单易行的离体脑血管灌注方法,在尸体脑血管损伤或病变检验方面可能具有一定的实用价值。Objective To explore the method of postmortem cerebral angiography in vitro and its application value.Methods Fifteen ex situ cadaveric brains used for postmortem angiography were manually injected with three methods separately developed by syringes combined with syringe needles,glass droppers or Luer tapers.The tomography images of the injected brains were acquired on a 16-row CT scanner and the suitability of different methods for postmortem cerebral angiography were evaluated for comparison.Results The postmortem cerebral angiography using the method developed by syringes combined with Luer tapers was more complete than the others and could reveal more anatomical details on 3 D reconstructions or the bleeding area in cerebral injury cases.Conclusion Manual injection by syringes combined with Luer tapers is a practical and easy perfusion method when postmortem cerebral angiography for ex situ cadaveric brains is considered.
