摘  要:针对乙醇水溶液萃取丁醇+辛烷+壬烷混合物后的萃取相中残留的辛烷和壬烷,提出了使用十四烷作为反萃剂对萃取相进行反萃,测定了常压、298.15K下乙醇+丁醇+辛烷或壬烷+水+十四烷五元体系和乙醇+丁醇+辛烷+壬烷+水+十四烷六元体系的液液相平衡数据。使用Othmer-Tobias方程检验了液液相平衡数据的准确性,线性相关系数R2≥0.9863。使用非随机两流体(NRTL)模型对五元体系的液液相平衡数据进行回归,得到了相关的二元交互作用参数;利用回归得到的二元交互作用参数对六元体系进行预测,结果表明,预测值与实验值吻合良好,这表明回归得到的二元交互作用参数具有较高的准确度。Tetradecane was used as back-extractant to extract the residual octane and nonane in the extraction phase after the extraction of butanol+octane+nonane mixture with ethanol aqueous solution.The liquid-liquid equilibrium(LLE)data of the quinary systems ethanol+butanol+octane or nonane+water+tetradecane and the six-component system ethanol+butanol+octane+nonane+water+tetradecane were obtained under 298.15K and atmospheric pressure.The accuracy of the LLE data was examined by the Othmer-Tobias equation with the linear correlation R2≥0.9863.The LLE data of the quinary systems were regressed by the non-random two liquids(NRTL)model and related binary interaction parameters were obtained to predict the LLE data of the six-component system.The results show that the predicted values are in great agreement with experimental data,which indicates that the regressed parameters have high accuracy.
