摘  要:分别以硫酸锰、氯化锰和乙酸锰为还原剂,高锰酸钾为氧化剂,通过水热法制备不同隐钾锰矿型二氧化锰分子筛(OMS-2),采用扫描电镜(SEM)、X-射线衍射(XRD)、N2-吸脱附,以及傅里叶红外光谱(FT-IR)进行表征,考察对亚甲基蓝模拟印染废水的吸附脱色性能。结果显示,不同锰源制备的二氧化锰分子筛样品均为棒状,呈隐钾锰矿型结构,但比表面积显著不同。以乙酸锰为原料制备的二氧化锰分子筛(Cry-Acet)对亚甲基蓝(MB)的吸附脱色性能最好,这与该样品的比表面积最大有关。酸性条件有利于MB在Cry-Acet上的吸附,吸附过程符合Langmuir等温式(相关系数R 2为0.98),当温度为298 K,pH为3.0,吸附剂投加量为0.01%时,最大吸附量可达289.6 mg×g-1。Three types of manganese oxides of octahedral molecular sieve(OMS-2)were prepared by hydrothermal methods with potassium permanganate served as oxidant,and manganese sulfate,manganese chloride and manganese acetate as reductants,respectively.The three OMS-2 were then characterized by SEM,XRD,BET and FT-IR spectroscopy.Removal efficiency of methylene blue(MB)in wastewater was further investigated.The results indicate that the morphologies and crystallographic structures of the tested samples are all rod-like and cryptomelane type.However,their specific surface areas varied significantly.Cry-Acet prepared from manganese acetate displayed the highest decolorization efficiency of MB,which was due to its maximal specific surface area.Acidic conditions were helpful for the adsorption of MB via Cry-Acet,and the adsorption isothermal data were well fitted to Langmuir model.The maximum adsorption capacity of MB via Cry-Acet was 289.6 mg×g-1 under conditions of pH 3.0,298 K and 0.01%adsorbent.
